The flagship "Award for Excellence" recognises exceptional achievement in Facilities Management. The award is presented to the team or organisation that has undertaken the most successful project or initiative.

You cannot formally enter this category. The recipient of this award will be selected from the winners of the other categories.

Facilities Management Leader 2018

This award recognises the senior individual working in Facilities Management who can best demonstrate a significant contribution to their organisation or the facilities management industry as a whole.

You cannot formally enter this category. The recipient of this award will be decided after due consideration.

Total FM Service Provider of the Year

The award recognises the most outstanding Total Facilities Management (TFM) service provider in Ireland over the past 12 months. This award is open to any service provider offering multiple FM services or a total facilities management package to an organisation.

Specialist FM Service Provider of the Year

The award recognises the most outstanding Specialist Facilities Management service provider in Ireland over the past 12 months. The winning initiative will make a positive contribution to the advance of environmental considerations in FM, while also demonstrating clear practical applications.
