The FM Workspace Transformation Award - Service Provider
This award recognises the FM service provider who has carried out a significant project or projects that is centred around transforming or repurposing their own workplace into an environment that positively impacts functionality, operations, health, safety & wellbeing, and product delivery for the business by the people who work there.
This undertaking can include projects within the last 12 months up until the entries closing date.
Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
Initiative outline: Please outline the initiative / project / strategy carried out over the past 12 months. Set out its scope, the rationale and background behind it, and summarise its objectives.
Strategy & Initiation: What strategy was undertaken to achieve the initiative’s aims and objectives? Explain how it was initiated from concept to completion and evaluation.
Outcomes & Results: Summarise the outcomes of the initiative/project, including evidence its benefits and impact, what tangible difference it has made, what problems were solved.
Challenges: Please outline any challenges that were faced, how they were overcome, and the successes achieved. What lessons were learned?
Project Excellence: Explain why you feel this project deserves special recognition for this award.
Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support the entry.
