Caroline Delaney (MRICS, MSCSI) is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working in Facilities and Property Management, primarily in the Financial and Tech Sectors. She has a BSc in Property Studies from TUD.

She is an interdisciplinary specialist, with a keen focus of strategic and operational implementation of mechanical, electrical, IOT Solutions, including professional standards, and sustainability accreditations and the within organisations.
