Cormac O’Loughlin has worked in the FM industry for over 20 years. He has experience in facilities management, office fit-outs, capital fitouts, contract management, change management, and delivering large scale facilities operations projects both as a Service Provider and Client side. 

He has a BSc in Facilities Management from MTU.

Cormac is currently National Facilities Manager with Irish Water with responsibility for delivery of FM Operations Services to internal and external stakeholders in Irish Water, across 90 locations nationally.

He is on the committee for IWFM Ireland Region as the Vice Chairman.
