Richard Davies MSc, IEng, CWIFM, ACIBSE, is the CEO and Founder of Evolve Business Excellence (Evbex); delivering a range of agile and sustainability-based facilities management service solutions, including technology solutions and training.

Richard sits on national and international boards, including the British Standards Institution (BSI) and International Standards Organisation (ISO) committees, contributing to the development of new FM standards, including ISO 41001. He is the project lead on two new ISO standards for the FM sector He has authored Good Practice Guide for the Workplace Institute of Facilities Management.

Richard’s company Evbex operate internationally with bases in the UK, India, and Sri Lanka. His specialist expertise is to establish optimum non-core solutions for organizations in both the private and public sectors that demonstrates and drives value, improves performance and mitigates risk. He has also developed the world’s first cloud-based Facilities Enterprise Resource Planning System, a unique project management system for client and a cloud-based performance measurement and management tool.
