John Cunniffe has experience managing diverse property portfolios across a range of sectors; utilising his engineering background within the built environment to solve complex issues in addition to delivering capital projects, while devising and implementing strategic asset management plans. John believes commercial awareness and stakeholder management are key skills to achieving results.

In addition to being a part-time BIFM lecturer, John has been involved in developing new international operating standards for Facilities Management, having previously been involved in the evolution of ISO50001, the industry’s best standard for Energy Management. He is also a board member of a large housing charity and contributes his time to local community groups.
