Lily Ellis - Account Director EMEA IFM, JLL

Lily is an EMEA Account Director within JLL leading IFM teams across 18 countries in fast paced rapidly growing tech environments.

A chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience across commercial, retail, mixed use and residential assets she has a proven track record of leading teams to improve property and facilities management delivery in terms of hard and soft services, planned preventative and reactive maintenance, hospitality management, asset management, contractor management and budgetary control.

On the LinkedIn account Lily has full responsibility for the delivery of all hard and soft services including self-delivery of engineering services in the LinkedIn owned EMEA HQ in Dublin, sustainability, events management and culinary support across the region. Lily partners closely with senior leadership in LinkedIn and her JLL counterparts in APAC to ensure consistency and alignment of delivery across the two regions. The account has undergone significant transformation post transition with a new leadership team and organizational structure put in place, revision to all standard operating procedures and focus on client value add which has led to a high performing fully transparent partnership as reflected in the fact that the JLL Team are Nominated in the BIFM Team of the Year and Newcomer of the Year Awards for 2018.

In addition to leading the JLL @ LinkedIn team Lily has recently taken responsibility for the JLL @ PayPal EMEA contract which is at mobilization stage across seven European sites and will be the first integrated outsourced delivery for PayPal EMEA.

Prior to these roles and on joining JLL in 2015, Lily led the growth and transformation of the JLL @ Facebook account, successfully transitioning the contract from a managing agent model to a fully integrated TFM contract. A transition which included off market negotiation on new contract terms, the roll out of new KPI/SLAs and the creation of a Facilities Ninja 5* brand within the team and in partnership with Facebook and their commitment as a world leader in Great Places to Work.
