Integrated facilities management provider 14forty has secured a three-year contract extension with Wavin following a competitive tender process, extending the companies’ working relationship across the manufacturer’s UK operations to 12 years.

Under the renewed agreement, 14forty will continue delivering integrated workplace and support services at Wavin’s sites in Doncaster and Chippenham. The scope includes catering, vending, cleaning, security and hospitality services that support day-to-day operations and employee experience across both locations.

As part of the extension, a new on-site café has also been introduced at Wavin’s Doncaster site as part of wider workplace amenity improvements.

According to the Facilities Management Journal, sustainability considerations formed part of the contract evaluation process, with existing initiatives focused on recycling and reducing food waste contributing to the continuation of the partnership.

The renewal reflects continued use of integrated facilities management models that combine multiple operational services under a single provider. Organisations increasingly use these arrangements to simplify service oversight, improve coordination across functions and support more consistent workplace standards across estates.

The agreement also highlights the expanding expectations placed on facilities management providers beyond service delivery alone. Workplace experience, environmental performance and long-term collaboration continue to play a growing role in procurement and contract renewal decisions alongside operational efficiency and reliability.
