The Facilities Management Awards 2026 shortlist has now been revealed, marking a key milestone in recognising excellence across Ireland’s facilities and property management sector.
Since launching in 2014, the programme has established itself as the premier platform for celebrating the organisations and individuals driving innovation, leadership, and best practice in facilities management.
This year’s shortlisted finalists reflect the breadth and maturity of Ireland’s facilities management industry. From total FM providers and specialist service companies to leaders shaping the future of the profession, the shortlist showcases excellence across a diverse range of business models and service disciplines.
Finalists represent organisations that have demonstrated operational rigour, innovation in service delivery, and a clear commitment to raising standards across the built environment.
Among the standout honours are categories such as Overall Excellence in Facilities Management, Facilities Management Leader 2026, Total FM Service Provider of the Year, Specialist FM Service Provider of the Year, and Cleaning Service Provider of the Year, recognising both specialist and integrated service excellence.
The Facilities Management Awards have become a cornerstone of the industry calendar, offering a forum for collaboration, recognition, and knowledge sharing. Each year, the programme celebrates a distinguished community of past winners whose achievements continue to set benchmarks for leadership and performance across the sector.
With finalists announced on 15 December 2025, attention now turns to awards night on 11 March 2026 at the Radisson Blu, Royal Convention Centre, Dublin, where Ireland’s facilities management community will gather and winners will be revealed before hundreds of industry leaders.
