Broadlands Jersey has announced the acquisition of ND Property Management, a strategic move designed to enhance its property management capabilities and deliver more robust support for clients across the Channel Islands. The acquisition ensures operational continuity while providing additional resources to strengthen service delivery and client engagement.

Jo Dodsley will remain in her role within ND Property Management under the Broadlands group, maintaining continuity and familiarity for existing clients. Meanwhile, ND Estates will continue to operate independently under Nick Dodsley, focusing on residential sales, lettings, and management services.
