The Facilities Management Awards 2026 has revealed its winners, celebrating the organisations and individuals setting the standard for excellence across Ireland's facilities and property management sector.

The awards were presented at a black-tie gala ceremony on 11 March 2026 at the Royal Dublin Convention Centre, bringing together hundreds of senior decision-makers from across the profession.

Among the honoured this year, Derek McDonald, Senior Facilities Manager Europe at AMD (Advanced Micro Devices), was named Facilities Management Leader 2026, recognising outstanding individual leadership and strategic impact across the built environment. OCS Ireland claimed the title of Total FM Service Provider of the Year, while McBreen Environmental was recognised as Specialist FM Service Provider of the Year, among many other winners celebrated on the night.

The 2026 cohort reflects the breadth and ambition now defining Ireland's FM sector. Winners demonstrated measurable performance across areas including operational efficiency, sustainability, technology adoption, workforce development and client service — the disciplines that continue to raise the bar for the profession as a whole.
