Looking back at the Facilities Management Awards UK 2026, held last 25th September at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, the gala brought senior FM professionals, service providers and built environment leaders together to mark achievement across facilities management, property services and the built environment.

The official video captures the atmosphere of the evening, with winners stepping up across categories that span cleaning and security, technical and engineering FM, energy management, workplace experience, asset management and client and service provider partnerships. Sustainability, smart building technology and service innovation ran through the programme as the defining themes.

Bidvest Noonan led the results with four awards. It was named winner of Overall Excellence in Facilities Management, with the judges calling the company "a powerful example of excellence, innovation and operational leadership within the facilities management sector." It also took Cleaning Service Provider of the Year (TFM) for delivering cleaning as a strategic service, and FM Service Provider Team of the Year through its 142 colleague TransPennine Express team, which posted 99.1% train audit scores. Alongside Nissan, it shared the Client and Service Provider Partnership of the Year (TFM), backed by 97% overall KPI performance.

Those results point to where UK facilities management is heading: AI analytics, cobotics and smart workforce management are moving from pilot projects into everyday service delivery, and client partnerships are increasingly judged on measurable outcomes. The awards give the sector a benchmark for what strong performance looks like.

As the industry builds on this momentum, which providers and partnerships will set the standard next year? Stay tuned for details of the 2027 awards cycle.
