The Facilities Management Awards UK 2026 announced its winners at a gala on 25th September at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, bringing together senior FM professionals, service providers and built environment leaders to celebrate achievements across the UK sector.

This year’s winners span a wide range of facilities management activities, including cleaning and security, technical and engineering FM, sustainability, energy management, workplace experience, asset management, and client and service provider partnerships. The range of categories reflects the growing role of FM in supporting safe, efficient and well-managed buildings and workplaces.

Sustainability, smart building technology and service innovation were among the key themes across the awards. Winning projects highlighted how FM teams are using new technology and more efficient approaches to improve building performance, strengthen compliance and deliver better services for clients and building users.

Health and safety also remained an important part of the awards, recognising organisations and professionals that have made improvements to workplace standards and operational performance. Leadership categories recognised individuals who have supported change, developed their teams and helped raise standards across their organisations.

The Women in FM category also recognised the contribution of women across the profession, highlighting the growing range of leadership and expertise within the UK facilities management sector.

Each winner was selected by an independent judging panel of senior FM professionals, with entries assessed on the quality and impact of the work submitted. The awards provide an opportunity to recognise successful projects and individuals while highlighting the approaches currently shaping facilities management across the UK.
