Through Isambard Associates, Brian supports organisations in aligning operational delivery with strategic objectives, applying an evidence-based approach across the full lifecycle of the built environment. His consultancy is recognised for combining technical rigour with practical implementation, helping clients improve resilience, sustainability, and value.

In 2023, Brian led the implementation of the Symphony Energy platform at 1 Cumberland Place, a project that received recognition at both the SEAI Awards and the KPMG Property Industry Awards for technology innovation. The project demonstrated how smart building solutions and data-driven energy management can deliver measurable performance improvements while supporting Net Zero ambitions.

As a member of the judging panel, Brian will bring strong technical insight and governance expertise in assessing entries for their compliance excellence, innovation in FM delivery, sustainability outcomes, and effective lifecycle management. His involvement reinforces the Facilities Management Awards’ focus on evidence-led decision-making, operational excellence, and future-ready infrastructure as the sector looks ahead to 2026.

The Facilities Management Awards 2026 gala will take place on 11 March 2026 at the Royal Dublin Convention Centre, celebrating the organisations and professionals shaping the future of facilities management in Ireland.
