International Workplace Group (IWG), a Switzerland-based flexible workspace provider, has launched a new Regus facility at Linen Hill House in Lisburn through partnership with local property investor Turkington Group, as reported by the Belfast Telegraph.

The workspace addresses a gap in Northern Ireland's regional flexible office network, positioned between Belfast and Newry to serve a broad base of office workers. IWG operates the Regus brand under a management agreement with the building owner.

Mark Dixon, chief executive officer and founder of IWG, said the company is establishing a stronger and needed footprint in Northern Ireland. He added that Lisburn represents a fantastic location for expansion plans as an important business hub.

The opening responds to growing demand for flexible and platform working arrangements, which improve work-life balance and employee satisfaction whilst providing cost benefits to companies. IWG's workplace model enables businesses to scale operations up or down at reduced costs whilst accessing thousands of global locations.

Gary Turkington, operations director at Turkington Group, said the company recognised Linen Hill House as an ideal opportunity to work with IWG on its first Regus workspace. He added that Turkington Group looks forward to collaborating with IWG on this and future projects.

The facility supports Northern Ireland's facilities management sector by providing flexible workspace solutions for companies seeking alternatives to traditional office leases. IWG's model increases productivity whilst allowing businesses to maintain operational flexibility across multiple locations.
