Dublin-based start-up Lette AI has secured $1.4M in pre-seed funding as it sets out to transform the property management industry with agentic AI technology. Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, the same team behind Nory AI, Lette aims to bring automation to a sector long bogged down by manual processes and outdated systems.

The platform automates high-volume workflows such as leasing, renewals, maintenance and tenant engagement, cutting admin by up to 90 per cent and doubling productivity for landlords. In just a few months, Lette AI has onboarded three of Ireland’s four largest landlords and now manages more than 5,000 properties across Ireland and the UK.

The latest funding round, led by Pitchdrive with participation from Baseline Venture and Lugus Capital, pushes the company’s valuation into multimillion-dollar territory. Industry veteran Jon Hammond has joined as head of growth, with plans to expand the engineering team and deploy autonomous AI agents across leasing and resident operations.

Backers see Lette AI as a disruptor in the $200BN global property management market. By offering smarter, faster and more personalised services, it is positioning itself as the new operating system for asset managers seeking higher margins and improved tenant experiences.

With ambitions to reach 25,000 properties and $1.1M in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2026, Lette AI’s rapid momentum signals an inflection point for proptech innovation in Ireland and beyond.
