Marie Caffrey, Director of Universal Floral and founder of EarthOffice, joins the judging panel of the Facilities Management Awards 2026, bringing more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-focused landscaping solutions for offices across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the Nordics, and the Middle East.

Overseeing the family-run business alongside her three brothers for more than five decades, Marie has been instrumental in establishing Universal Floral as a leader in large-scale plant installation, maintenance, and workplace greenery strategy. She works closely with facility, procurement, and office managers as well as architects, helping clients meet their ESG commitments and achieve LEED certification goals.

Marie’s extensive sector knowledge combines operational expertise with a strong focus on sustainability, environmental design, and workplace well-being, ensuring that every project she oversees is both aesthetically striking and strategically aligned with clients’ environmental and social objectives.

As judge, Marie will lend her expertise to evaluating entries across key categories, including Overall Excellence in Facilities Management, Specialist FM Service Provider of the Year, Total FM Service Provider of the Year, Cleaning Service Provider of the Year, and Facilities Management Leader 2026.

Finalists were announced last 15 December 2025, with the awards gala scheduled for 11 March 2026 at the Royal Dublin Convention Centre, where Ireland’s facilities management leaders will be celebrated.

Marie’s involvement underscores the growing emphasis on sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence within the Facilities Management Awards, highlighting how industry expertise continues to shape the sector’s standards and future trajectory.
