OCS UK & Ireland has named Kellie Newell as its new Head of Social Value, reinforcing the company’s commitment to meaningful community impact. Kellie brings extensive operational experience in inclusive recruitment, grassroots partnerships, and delivering measurable outcomes across diverse sectors.

Her career began in internal recruitment within facilities management, with early exposure to social value through BT’s Stratford operations during the London 2012 Olympic legacy programme. Since joining OCS in 2021, she has worked as a Social Value and Innovation Practitioner, supporting underrepresented groups into sustainable employment and co-chairing the OCS Armed Forces Network to advocate for veterans and service leavers.

In her new role, Kellie will scale successful initiatives, strengthen community partnerships, and enhance the visibility of OCS’s programmes. Current projects range from supporting Ministry of Justice service users into work to partnering with Everton in the Community to create employment pathways linked to stadium developments. She will continue to develop relationships with schools, charities, and employment services to expand opportunities for local communities.

Kellie also champions volunteering as a practical expression of OCS’s TRUE values—Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment—working with organisations such as Pecan to deliver sustained, hands-on support. Her goal is to make social value a core part of OCS culture, ensuring it is embedded in everyday operations rather than treated as a compliance exercise.

Her appointment positions OCS to deliver stronger, measurable social impact while leveraging its scale and operational reach to change lives across the UK and Ireland.
