Primech Holdings Ltd., a Singapore-based leader in technology-driven facilities services and autonomous robotics, has received a $4.0 million strategic investment from WELLE Environmental Group Co., Ltd., accelerating its development of AI-powered cleaning systems and global facilities operations. The capital injection will support enhanced production capabilities, robotics research, and expanded deployment of Hytron, Primech’s flagship autonomous restroom cleaning robot.

The funding will also support working capital needs, ensuring continued expansion of its core facilities management services while reinforcing sustainability initiatives in client environments.
The strategic collaboration with WELLE Environmental Group builds on existing cooperation in robotics and intelligent operations, leveraging WELLE’s environmental technology footprint and operational scale. By aligning advanced AI-driven cleaning systems with scalable facilities services, Primech aims to deliver measurable efficiency, cost savings, and operational resilience to commercial clients globally.
