A Galway-based security and facilities company has posted a sharp rise in annual performance, with pre-tax profits jumping from €1.6m to €12.28m and revenues nearly tripling to €44.3m. The business, which delivers security, cleaning and facilities management, is contracted at multiple state-owned and commercial sites accommodating International Protection applicants and Ukrainians.

The growth has supported significant shareholder returns, with its two joint owners each receiving €2.84m in dividends. State contracts remain a major revenue driver, with €20.59m paid in the second half of 2024 and first quarter of 2025 combined.

The company’s role extends beyond day-to-day operations, taking on refurbishment work to return facilities to their original condition after use. Such large-scale public sector engagements highlight the opportunities — and responsibilities — for facilities providers in high-demand, high-profile environments.
