Awards Ceremony

Please note as part of the Terms & Conditions, if your entry is successfully shortlisted at least one person from your organisation will be required to attend the awards ceremony.

This is due to the following reasons:

A representative must be available to collect the trophy on your behalf in the event your organisation should win.
A representative must be available for photographs to be carried in any post Awards editorial coverage in the event your organisation should win.
To avoid an anti-climax for other attendees, if there's no representative present to collect the trophy on your behalf in the event your organisation should win.

By checking the box, you agree to send a representative of your organisation should your submission be shortlisted.
